The European Council of the Liberal Professions (CEPLIS) is the only inter-professional association bringing together liberal professionals at the European level. Its members, including the Malta Federation of Professional Associations (MFPA), are European associations aimed at representing, via a single voice, the professions to EU institutions and national associations at the level of Member States.
