CONFERENCE FACILITIESThe Conference Hall of the Federation offers the following facilities:A fully air-conditioned hall with a maximum seating capacity of 100 pax and a podium which can seat 5 speakers. A seating layout complete with detachable writing flaps for up to 85 pax. The hall is equipped with a large screen in which in-house equipment can display slide and overhead projectors, as well as computer operated images in digital form. The audio system can handle both wired and radio transmitted amplifications. Wireless Internet VENUEThe Federation’s conference facilities are ideal venues for any functions be they conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, product launches, lectures, presentations, training courses or just straight forward meetings. The Federation is situated at Sliema Road, Gzira and is very accessible. Catering can be arranged through the Federation from C. Camilleri & Sons (Catering) Limited BOARD ROOMSFour board rooms are also available. Board Room 1 – Capacity 15 -18 people – Fully Air-conditionedBoard Rooms 2 – 4 Capacity of 12 people Board Rooms can be rented out on an individual basis. These all have Wireless Internet and equipped with hot and cold dispensers and a refrigerator.
